Vintage Mid Century 50s Full Santa Face Merry Christmas Greeting Card
Unused vintage mid-century (1950s) die cut full face Santa greeting card with Merry Christmas across the top of Santa's stocking cap. Over one brow is a sprig of green and red holly with a touch of gold, and the embossed Santa hat pom pom is finished in a glistening gold.
The left inside card panel is decorated with an open sack of colorful toys, with what appears to be a doll, drum and dollhouse. visible. The Christmas greeting on the right side of the card reads:
When Santa comes to your house here's hoping he will carry all the nicest sort of things to make your Christmas Merry!
Card measures 5-1/4 high and 4--1/4 wide, and comes with its original envelope, all in excellent condition. Card is marked with the Greetings hot air balloon logo and numbered 5X1009 / Made in U.S.A.
