I always find archives of sold items helpful, so I've kept and moved this here. But to anyone looking for price comps, one word of caution

This item may have sold this week, this month, this year, or as long ago as sometime this decade.  As such, the listed selling price may not be indicative of the current value of any similar item.

Chinese Porcelain Figural Vase - Female Figures in Court Scene

SOLD! Chinese Porcelain Figural Vase - Female Figures in Court Scene
One of two lovely vintage Chinese vases coming from the same estate, this Chinese porcelain vase is finished in slightly softer colors, with a touch of gilt trim in the "background" spaces of the chintz pattern. Two figural side panels depict what appears to be mirroring court scenes, with each side featuring a young woman, seated and holding a fan. Standing and facing her are two other young maidens, standing near a cherry blossom tree.

In comparing this vase to the other, you'll find that even though the paneled scenery is essentially identical, the decoration on the vase neck and sides is different. On this vase, the sides and top are filled with dozens of smaller flower, mostly pink, but some white and a few blue, with green leaves adding to the color palette.

Standing 12-1/4 inch high, this vase is approximately 6-1/2 inch wide at the widest point. In great condition, with no nicks, chips, or cracks noted.

Comparing the mark to the later Chinese marks illustrated on Gotheborg, the mark is believed to read Qianlong Nian Zhi - Qianlong Period Make, with the vase dating to the 1970s.
