Shipping Information

We all know that buying over the Internet can sometimes be a little challenging. After making your purchase, will your awaited treasure arrive promptly and just as you imagined?

Rest assured, we take great pride in all that we do. And we know that once you've found and like something enough to actually buy it, you'd also like to know it will arrive safely and without disappointment.

Shipping / Insurance

If paying by PayPal: It is our policy that for any items to be paid by PayPal, shipping will be to PayPal confirmed addresses only. This in turn provides all involved the full protection offered by PayPal when using its service.

International Orders: All international orders will be shipped in compliance with customs and USPS postal regulations. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"; falsifying customs documentation is prohibited by U.S. and International government regulations. Import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility, but may be assessed at the time the package is claimed or delivered. Any such duty fees/taxes not included in the item price or shipping charge.

Any order placed for an item that cannot be shipped due to postal and/or customs limitations will be canceled.

When will my item be shipped? Once we've received payment on your purchase, your package will generally be shipped within two business days (Monday through Friday). Our scheduling demands occasionally get in the way of that shipping timeframe, but beyond that, our priority and commitment is to you, our customers. Once your package is on its way, we will also email you so that you can know when to anticipate its arrival.

What shipping service is used? In almost all instances, we ship via USPS mail to both domestic (United States) and foreign addresses, with parcel post service on any items for which free domestic shipping is available.

What about insurance? Since many of the items we sell are fragile, and because we cannot control how packages are handled while in transit, insurance is required on all shipments at or exceeding $50 in value, and on other items of an extremely fragile nature.

Shipping and insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


From quality photos to thorough descriptions, we want to make sure you know what to expect, and always do our best to disclose any flaws detected in the merchandise. As such, all items are sold as shown and described, in other words, "as is." However, should we miss or fail to disclose a flaw or defect that materially affects the value of the item, we will refund the full purchase price of the item plus shipping and insurance. Please note that the refund amount does not and will not include the return shipping or insurance charges. The original item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped, preferably in its original packaging. Once the returned item has been received and verified, a refund payment will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
