A sweet hard paste porcelain jewelry casket box, decorated around the front with a hand-painted floral bouquet on a pale pink background, and topped off with a clear beveled glass lid. Box measures 3-1/2 inch in diameter and stands approx. 3" high on four ball feet.
In lovely condition, especially considering the antique nature of this vanity piece. There is a hint of verdigris in the crease where the metal base meets the porcelain casket, and there is a slight wobble, as the feet are not completely level (both minor issues that I'm rather confident could be addressed, if desired, with the right touch and materials). Underside is marked only with a number, likely the original owner's personal marking.
