Mid Century Martinis - Unused Vintage Hallmark New Years Happiness Greeting Card
With a bold, stylish flare that hints of a Rat Pack era design, this fabulous unused vintage 1950s / 1960s New Year's card will help start the new year in glittery style. The card front features a pair of martini glasses topped off by maraschino cherries, with a gold-trimmed 'Happiness for the New Year' greeting, against a white and red horizontal zebra stripe background, all accented by a splattering of bold black, gold, and silver spots, with silver glitter to finish it off right.
The inside of the card reads: 'Here's to a new year - that's filled to the brim - With the happy fulfillment - Of your every whim, - With good luck and laughter - And good times galore - In fact, with just EVERYTHING - You're wishing for!'
Measuring approx. 4-1/4 inches wide and 5-1/4 inches high, the card is numbered on the back 15 NY 2-2. In excellent, unused condition, with its original envelope (which itself is showing discoloration at the glued seams).
