Vintage Irving W Rice Irice Perfume Bottle with Daisy Stopper and Foil Label

SOLD! Vintage Irving W Rice Irice Perfume Bottle with Daisy Stopper and Foil Label
A wonderful war-era perfume bottle with a daisy stopper, manufactured in the USA by Imperial Glass for Irving W. Rice & Co. of New York (IRice) in the early 1940s. The flat flower stopper is entirely smooth on one side, while the other side has a moulded diamond-point texture, which helps to catch and play with the light.

The bottle itself measures 2-1/2" high and 2-3/4" wide, with the stopper bringing the assembled height to 5-3/4". The stopper has a shallow flake on the top of the textured leaf side, likely to be undetected, given its placement and insignificant size. The only other issue to mention is a small encased bubble near the top of the stopper.

Perfume bottle still retains the IRice silver and black foil label, marked Made in U.S.A.

Customer Reviews
I received my mugs today and I could not be happier. Packaged with great care, lovely card to say thank you, and all intact. They are better than expected, with the size I really wanted, thinner rim for sipping coffee and hot chocolate. I really have a thing for pottery mugs and these are great quality and wonderful drip glaze. Flashback Alley owner Holly is wonderful to work with, great communication, extra service all along. Thank you again! I love them.

The packages of Royal Doulton tea cups and dinner plates arrived in perfect condition. I could not be happier with the merchandise. Holly is personable and cares about the quality of the product as well as the packaging. Holly is a pleasure to work with and I will be shopping at Flashback Alley in the future. I'm so glad I found Flashback Alley!
