Harrtil Merletto Water Glasses 1950s MCM Harrachov Bohemian Czech - Pair
Pair of vintage Harrach Czech Bohemian glass Merletto water glasses from the Harrtil line, designed by Milan Metelák and made by the Harrachov glass factory in/around the 1950s. With thin white merletto threads woven in a lattice pattern, the delicate fibers are then encased in glass.
These water glasses have a six-sided stem and stand approx. 8-1/4 inch high and have a rim diameter of 3 inch. Liquid capacity is 8 ounces (with a bit of room to spare).
Three of the available pairs have one stem with the original label; the other three are fully unmarked and offered at a reduced price.
Note: Should you be interested in matching glass stemware, I also have other marked and unmarked (no label) Harrtil Merletto glasses in various sizes from the same estate. (See related items below.)
