St. Louis, Illinois. I personally know nothing of the Shriner's attire,
but the hat in the hard zip case appears to be for more formal events,
with a set of three ornate pins to secure the side tassel. This hat is
tagged as being a size 7. The other hat is more flexible (folds flat)

Single blade vintage Imperial toothpick Fish Knife with scaler on the blade back and a hook remover at the knife tip. This pocket knife measures 5 inch long with a 3-1/2 inch blade. The blade is marked Imperial, Providence, R.I. on the knife bolster, while Fish-Knife appears on the side shield and Hook Remover on the curved metal tip. I don't find a model number on this (just "Jeppesen Sanderson Inc. 1989" "Made in Korea" on the front wheel), but the bottom left corner of the inner page to the 1987 manual shows JS314305D.
