1958 Buffalo China Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol Plate depicting the artwork of Buffalo China artist Rix Jennings with a flurry of activity in the poulterers' shops as the people prepare for Christmas day. The Grocers'! oh the Grocers'! ... everything was good to eat and in its Christmas dress: ..."

Plate reverse is marked as follows:

"As a token of appreciation and thanks the Buffalo China Family have made this original Christmas plate in celebration of the 1958 Holiday Season. The card insert covers reads "Once Again ... we are happy to send you another Buffalo China Christmas Plate designed by Rix Jennings. The manufacture of the annual Christmas Plate has become a tradition here at Buffalo China. All of our people have contributed their skills in its making and they hope that you will realize the very deep appreciation which they have for all of our good friends with whom it is such a pleasure for us to do business year after year. / Merry Christmas to you from all of us at Buffalo China." The insert center and back are printed with an excerpt of Dickens' "A Christmas Carol".

Customer Reviews
I received my mugs today and I could not be happier. Packaged with great care, lovely card to say thank you, and all intact. They are better than expected, with the size I really wanted, thinner rim for sipping coffee and hot chocolate. I really have a thing for pottery mugs and these are great quality and wonderful drip glaze. Flashback Alley owner Holly is wonderful to work with, great communication, extra service all along. Thank you again! I love them.
