One of a number of Breyer horses I have available, this horse is Shane,
American Ranch Horse (Model # 938), the 7th model to come from the
Stock Horse Stallion traditional mold, originally sculpted by Chris
Hess. With black points, white socks on his rear legs, and a painted
brand on his left shoulder, Shane's color is referred to as black roan
(although it is more of a greenish gray coloring).
Issued in 1995
and released for one year, through 1996, this stock horse stallion is
listed on page 145 of Browell's Breyer Animal Collector's Guide (3rd
ed., 2003).
In very good condition, with a minor rub and subtle
scratch to the right (non-branded) side, likely occurring in the
production or shipping, as this and my other Breyer horses were part of
a large cabinet (non-toy) collection.
Interested in any of my
other Breyers? I'm more than happy to combine shipping,
where and to the extent possible. Feel free to email
for a combined shipping quote.
