One of a number of porcelain Royal Copenhagen Christmas plates I have available, this 1969 "In The Old Farmyard" plate, designed by Kaj Lange, depicts a pair of geese and two sparrows, all in search of food in the fresh, deep snow. In the background a third sparrow prepares to land. Plate designed with two holes in the bottom rim for hanging as a wall decoration. Marked Royal Copenhagen Denmark, with the designer initials, KL. Measures 7" in diameter; in excellent condition.
